order & shipping process

after placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. all avayara designs are dispatched from the netherlands within 2/3 working days and send with post nl with track and trace service. as soon as your order is send you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number to follow your order. shipping costs are calculated at check out according to your country. orders within europe take about 3-5 days to arrive. orders worldwide take about 7-10 days to arrive. 

returns & exchanges

avayara wants you to love & enjoy your product. in case you’re not satisfied with your choice please drop us a mail at customercare@avayara.com within 4 days after receiving the product. you are welcome to change the product for a new item if the product is unworn, in perfect condition and returned with hangtag adjusted. the price difference with the new article will be either charged or given as a voucher for your next purchase. sending costs to change the article are for the customer.
